Icebreaker of the Week: Expectations

How many times have you been disappointed because your expectations didn't match your experience? It happens all the time. If you're a teacher of adults, don't let it happen to you. Understand what your students are expecting, right from the start, and clarify whether or not you can meet those expectations.

This week's icebreaker is all about expectations: understanding them, clarifying objectives, being on the same page with your students from the get-go.
