Are You a Teacher of Adults? Looking for Resources?

Monday September 8, 2008
In my Google Alerts this morning, I found Jeffrey Keefer. What a remarkably versatile person, and quite the multi-tasker. I have a great appreciation for people who can do a million things at once, which is usually a prerequisite for teachers of any kind, because I am not one, a multi-tasker that is. Tim often teases me about how focused I am on one thing at a time.

Jeffrey Keefer is an instructional designer, communications professor, and organizational consultant, among many other things, all connected to lifelong learning. If you're a teacher of adults looking for resources, you might pay him a visit and subscribe to his blog. If you're in New York, you're lucky. You might sign up for one of his classes.

And if you are in New York, look up Ron Gross too (scroll down to yesterday's blog). He's planning a major conversation event in New York in March for Global Conversation Week.

Come back and tell us about your experience with these guys if you learn something about teaching adults from them. That's what we're all about.
