Adult students have enough challenges without straining to see their computer screens. One of my most popular blogs is about how to increase the size of your screen font: Screen Font Too Small?
It appears that title bars are a separate problem. A reader posted this comment: "I was hoping this would help the problem I am having but it doesn't. Suddenly the font size in title bars is microscopic. I need a magnifying glass to read it but the text in the browser is fine. I can't use the windows magnifier because I need to type in one place and see text in another."
The fix for title bars can be found by right clicking on your desktop if you have a PC, and selecting Personalize or Properties. Go to Appearance, and Advanced, where you can pull down menus to change the size and color of various elements.
