GED (General Educational Development) testing in the state of Michigan is handled by the Michigan Department of Workforce Programs. The state is continuing its partnership with GED Testing Service and, as of January 1, 2014, offers the new 2014 computer-based GED test.
The Michigan site isn't very friendly, and does not appear to have been updated. Toward the bottom of the page you'll find a notice in bold red letters stating that Michigan is waiting "to see how legislation for new adult learning collaboratives take shape."
