Wouldn’t it be great to have super powers? If you could have one super power, which one would you choose?

Ideal Size

This is good for large groups because it’s fast.

Use For

Introductions or an energizer in the classroom or at a meeting.

Time Needed

20 minutes.

Materials Needed

None.

Instructions

Give your students a minute to think about which super power they would want if they could choose just one. Bionic hearing? Elastic arms? Spiderman webs? Ask participants to introduce themselves and share which super power they would choose and what they would do with it.

Example

Hi, I’m Deb, and if I had a super power it would be to grow as tall as I want whenever I want, and then return to my regular size, only maybe a few pounds lighter. This would be a really great super power to have because I’m always wishing I had a giant around when great big things or really high things need to be moved or fixed. Oh, and my strength would increase with my size, of course.

Debriefing

None is necessary.
