GED (General Educational Development) testing in the state of South Carolina is handled by the South Carolina Department of Education. The state is continuing its partnership with GED Testing Service and offering the new 2014 computer-based GED test as of January 1, 2014.
There isn't a lot of information on the South Carolina website. You'll find contact info. If you click on the GED Alert link at the top of the page, you'll find additional links to the GED Testing Service site, which will answer most of your questions about the new test.
